Domestic Shipping (Within India) -

Prepaid Orders -

  • FREE Shipping on PREPAID orders above ₹299
  • For PREPAID orders below ₹299 - ₹60 EXTRA shipping Charges

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders -

  • COD shipping charges are flat ₹60/- EXTRA irrespective of how much amount of products you bought for.
    • this ₹60 needs to be paid in ADVANCE at the time of placing order (on checkout page you will see option of paying ₹60 in advance when you select COD option)
    • this ₹60 is non-refundable in case –
      1. parcel is not delivered due to wrong address, pincode, phone number or any other wrong details provided by buyer.
      2. buyer is not available at the time of delivery.
      3. buyer reject the parcel at the time of delivery. 

Delivery

  • Dispatch Time is 2-3 days
  • The estimated delivery time is 5 – 10 days from the date of dispatch depending upon the location of the delivery. 
  • All jewellery is carefully packaged to avoid any form of damage.
  • Naariverse  sends all packages via reputed courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, XpressBees, ECom etc. 
  • Naariverse ensures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature or OTP for any product delivered, at which responsibility for your purchased product passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purpose (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them. This is an evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Naariverse and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

International Shipping - 

We value our customers time & money and hence strive to ensure that they receive their purchased product in the finest of conditions, on or before the committed date. In order to do so, we have partnered with leading logistics/courier companies such as FedEx, Delhivery, First Flight, Overnite Express & Ecom Express etc.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Dispatch Time: 4-5 Days
  • Delivery Time - International orders will get delivered anywhere between 8-25 days after dispatching, depending upon the customer's location and the customs clearance procedure of the destination country.

Customs Duty: For all international orders, customers will be solely responsible for bearing the Customs duty and other clearance formalities.
