📦 Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by emailing us at care@naariverse.com. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

✅ Returns & Replacements

We accept return / replacement requests within 24 hours of delivery in the following cases:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item received
  • Missing item in the package

To help us resolve your issue quickly, we recommend sharing an unboxing video showing the package and product clearly.

If you face any issue, simply reach out to us — our team will review and assist you accordingly.

  • We currently do not accept returns for personal preferences (like design choice, size preference, etc.)
  • We request you to check product details carefully before placing your order

💰 Refunds

  • Once your request is approved, refunds are initiated within 24–48 working hours
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

📹 Unboxing Recommendation

For a smoother and faster resolution, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package.

  • Show the package label clearly
  • Ensure the video is continuous (no cuts)
  • Capture the issue clearly (if any)
